A 7,000-bottle release, the Réva 2019 Langhe Bianco Grey (with a cute little rendering of a parrot head on the front label) is a blend of mostly Sauvignon Gris and a smaller part Sauvignon Blanc. I suppose the bird allegory is supposed to speak to the slightly exotic or tropical nature of this easy-drinking white wine. Green mango and papaya cede to peach and honeydew melon, suggesting a pairing with takeout shrimp curry.
