Here's a wine I have never tasted before. A release of 2,000 bottles, the Réva 2017 Barolo Cannubi is very indicative of this cru. First of all, it starts off with an almost sweet sensation that comes from the loose and well-draining soils of this vineyard site. It also shows fragrant aromas of blue flower and lilac, followed up by wild berry and cassis. There are subtle notes of balsam herb and grilled rosemary on the close. You might notice a point of tannic astringency, but that should soften with time.
