The 2016 Nebbiolo d'Alba by Réva (with 8,000 bottles made) is an informal wine that you can count on. The bouquet is relatively unassuming, but it does put forth aromas that are characteristic of the variety, such as wild berry, smoke and tar. Again, the intensity is not overdone and the wine strikes that middle ground between accessibility and territoriality.
